Flower Grid Greeting Card [Simon Says Stamp Challenge]

The theme over at Simon Says Stamp for this week’s Monday Challenge is Summer Garden. (You can check it out here). My entry went through a lot of changes before I ended up with something that worked and that I liked. It’s much more minimal than I was intending (I had a whole secret garden/3D idea to begin with that just didn’t work out) but I think it’s cute.

I used a flower punch to cut out flower shapes from my own painted paper and stuck beads in the centre of them. I then arranged these in a 4x4 grid pattern in red and blue.
